Value Hotel collect personal data including your name, address, passport or other identification number, contact number, email address and credit card details to facilitate the reservation process. Value Hotel will be communicating with you to provide customer service and support for the reservation.

We may share you personal data with third parties in order to perform services on our behalf, including but not limited to processing of credit card transactions, providing you with customer service or data analysis. We reserve the right to disclose your personal data to defend Value Hotel against liability or in any judicial process or as otherwise required for complying with the law.

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We have put in place reasonable security safeguards and measures to prevent unauthorised access and misuse of personal data. To protect credit card details, we currently use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt credit card information during transit.
